“What’s after Egypt?’

                                   “What’s after Egypt?’

As the people of Egypt demanded their revolution for free self-dignity, civil liberties and attained it without guns and bombs.
The fruit vendor revolution must complete its course and unchain the thirst for freedom in the Arab world.
The young have proved to their fathers the days of government fear are over. The domino effect of falling tyrants is in play, the thing is what state is next.
As a Yemeni I hope that the time is ripe for President Saleh to retire and learn how to play Golf. The problem is Dictators tend to over stay their welcome and in doing so whatever legacy they had achieved like the unity of Yemen is lost as time go’s  and other issues over shadow whatever was accomplished.
We are living in a time of revolution in the Arab World. A time to witness the awakening of Nations as they grasp for their freedoms that were confiscated by the tyrants with the help of nations who claim exclusive right at bragging about their Democracy.
To all the young people lift your head up, you are an Arab.

“The Dangers Ahead”

                                        “The Dangers Ahead”
 Cairo, Egypt.
For 17 days the millions of young people of Egypt taught the old guards of citizen that it’s okay to voice and demand your freedom from the tyrants who rule.
The delay of Hosni Mubarak departure from power is denying the rest of the Arab Nations to speak to power and decimate the false statue that are awaiting their fate.
Since Hosni Mubarak was  the biggest client of the United State an Israel is the cause of the foot dragging by the United State in taking a strong stance either their bet is on Hosni Mubarak  or the birth of Democracy in the most popular Arab Nation.
As the tug of war continues between the protesters with the government, desperation will set in and violence will be the language of both parties as long as the foot dragging by the U.S. and its Allies continues.
If Democracy is stifled in Egypt by the diplomatic maneuvers of Washington it will be historically unforgiving and will send the wrong message that Washington’s ideals of Democracy and citizenry has being a lie all along .

“Betrayal”

                                                                  “Betrayal”

As the masses of Egyptian’s took their grievances to the streets and yearning for democracy America had many hiccups in responding.
Washington statements were confusion, as they tried to word their stance as events unfolded in Egypt, America told 400 million Arabs they are not are suited for Democracy or personal liberties.
On the side of the dictators whose dungeons are full of blood from political prisoners and their nation’s wealth are invested in western cities real estates.
To the young people who had the courage in saying enough is enough and gave courage to those who have lived in fear of their Government makhbarat [secret police]  we hear you may God bless your revolution.
This observer believes that if Washington misses the opportunity to champion the explosion created by the frustration of a fruit vendor in Tunisia was the match that sparked the passion of these wretched masses.
The west have always said that you cannot enforce Democracy on people but the people have to want it for themselves, Okay were ready are you?
We have read that the western governments want Hosni Mubarak to leave with grace and save his legacy.
My question to President Mubarak is you came from a poor family how come your family’s wealth is estimated at 70 Billion dollars?

The Wrong Side of History

                                      “The Wrong Side of History”
Why is Obama negotiation the new leader of Egypt, Will the hunger for Democracy in the Streets of Egypt  gets hijacked by Washington who is looking for a cliental leader instead  of nourishing a Democracy that is more than 20 years late since the fall of Communism  in 1989.
Many in the west have been saying that Democracy is not tailored for everyone a Racist view of the Arab street.
We beg that Washington and Brussels support a Democracy of the masses then supporting the thugs who scare them it’s either us or the boogie man in the face of the Islamist.
Let Democracy takes its evolution even if Islamist are elected gives them a chance to fail like many elected parties when they can’t deliver are ushered away by the ballot box.
My advice to Western Capitals is bet on the masses instead of the Dictators who in the long term fall on their own sword.
To put simply either helps us acquire the Democracy your Nations enjoy or leave us alone
